Best Scout Award
For the 1st time in the history of scouting, the Asia-Pacific Region
Conference of Scouting organised the Outstanding Scout Award Competition
for the region. We sent in ASPL (2001) Michael Zachary Enriquez
as a nominee to represent the Pelandok Scouts and he had done us very proud
by winning the Best Scout Award in Singapore. He received the Winners Trophy
at a Dinner cum Presentation ceremony on 28th September 2001. Michael left
for New Delhi, India on 6th October representing Singapore to compete for
the Outstanding Scout Award with other worthy scouts of the region.
He has done Singapore proud by clinching the second position overall. Congratulations,
Michael.
