Pelandok.Net was planned as a project in December 2001 to commemorate the coincidental 80th Anniversary of the Scout Group as well as the 150th Anniversary of the Birth of the Lasallian Family in Asia in 2002. The project was headed by Teo Xiang Zheng the I.T. Consultant of the Venture Unit then. It was aimed at extending the purpose and uses of the Scout Unit's website hosted on the SJI school server, to act as a local resource portal for scouting and to provide a virtual space for every scout and guide to interact in. It now includes much information on scouting both in Singapore and in the world, as well as the activities of both theSt. Joseph's Pelandok Scout group's Venture and Scout units.

A student of the class of 2000 at St. Joseph's Institution, a scout for over 10 years of his life and an ex-venture of the St. Joseph's Pelandok Scout Group Venture Unit, he is in-charge of maintaining the overall look and layout of the website, as well and making sure that the site is always up and accessible. He is also in charge of maintaining all the accounts and ensuring that the content on the website is updated.
